In your role as (Junior) Research Analyst Forensic & Investigation in Hamburg or Berlin, you will be dedicated to investigating white-collar crime and developing appropriate prevention strategies with us in an interdisciplinary and experienced team with flat hierarchies.
You have an interest in research and an affinity for criminal issues.
You work in a practical and solution-oriented manner and see difficult issues as a challenge.You enjoy developing ideas for gathering information and like to work with your colleagues to find the pieces of the puzzle for a big overall picture and put them into the right structure.
At best, you have professional experience in forensic case analysis, operational investigative work or comparable fields of activity at security authorities, management consultancies and/or in the area of corporate/company security.
You have gained initial experience with the investigative work areas OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) and SOCMINT (Social Media Intelligence)
You are also characterized by a loyal, creative and team-oriented way of working and combine a high level of commitment with above-average quick comprehension and analytical skills.
Your level of English should be at least B2.

In your role as Senior Manager:in Forensic & Investigation at our Berlin office, you will be dedicated to investigating white-collar crime and developing appropriate prevention strategies with us in an interdisciplinary and experienced team with flat hierarchies.
You will take on a variety of tasks:
Leading and supporting interdisciplinary teams in investigations into criminal activities and the development of prevention strategies
Planning and managing the profitability of projectsPlanning, supporting and conducting online and offline research (OSINT, SOCMINT, HUMINT / surveys)
Analyzing and evaluating research results and facts and evaluating and assessing evidence
Preparation of investigation reports that can be used in court and are appropriate for the target audience
Presentation of investigation results to and communication with our clients
Promoting and developing the internal personal and professional skills of your team members
Supporting the management in managing the company, location and customer acquisition
What you bring to the table:
You have professional experience in dealing with criminal issues, forensic case analysis and operational investigative work, for example from working for security authorities, management consultancies, legal work and/or in the field of corporate/company security
Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
Very good analytical skills
A pragmatic, creative, solution- and team-oriented way of working
Very good communication skills in German and English, written and spoken
